We are delighted to invite you to a unique event organized by the IVAO Lebanon and IVAO Middle East Region Divisions to celebrate the strong ties between Lebanon and Syria. This airbridge symbolizes not just a route, but a bond of geography, heritage, and shared history.
In the spirit of collaboration, this event connects Beirut (OLBA) and Damascus (OSDI), commemorating the first flight ever operated between the two capitals in the summer of 1946. That historic journey was conducted by Middle East Airlines on a De Havilland DH.89 Dragon Rapide, marking the birth of regional aviation in the Levant.
