17:00 - [XU+NL] Doing the Wright thing

In the early hours of Wednesday 17th November, IVAO lost one of it's prolific divisional directors Graeme Wright (XU-DIR). Graeme adored IVAO and gave it his everything. His decision making was on the very basis of ensuring equal enjoyment for everyone in the United Kingdom & Ireland Division, he knew no bias. Graeme wanted nothing more than for the Division to succeed, be lit up on the Webeye and have people gaining enjoyment from the very Division he was responsible for.

Graeme has had a tremendous impact on many lives not just here on IVAO but in real life also. He was the life and soul of every real world meet up, did his absolute upmost to ensure everyone got enjoyment from IVAO and did his very best to lighten your day with terrible Dad jokes. No one disliked Graeme, you simply could not.

Graeme loved an Airbus (it was easier for him to fly than those confusing Boeing) and enjoyed a flight down to Palma de Mallorca. If he ever controlled, it was either Essex Radar or Heathrow Director. You would normally see Graeme flying under the callsign 95KA or 11T.

To celebrate his life IVAO United Kingdom and Ireland and IVAO Netherlands are hosting an airbridge between two of Graeme's most flown to airports. London Heathrow (EGLL) and Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM). Come and join us celebrate his life on Sunday 28th November between 17z-21z.
