Thank you for visiting us. Here you will find all you need to enhance your ATC or pilot proficiency.
The training website is organized into the following sections:
- New to IVAO? Helps you into the world of online flying and controlling. Contains tutorials to successfully set up the required software and get connected.
- Training: Advice on how to obtain training.
- Documentation: Offers a series of books providing background information on flying and providing air traffic control service.
- Ratings: Overview and explanation of the pilot and ATC career offered on IVAO.
- Exams: When you want to put your knowledge to test, consult our links to discover different theoretical and practical exams.
- Guest Controller Approval: Also known als GCA. Required approval if you intend to provide ATC service outside your own division.
- HQ Pilots Group: A dedicated group of pilots providing additional traffic during ATC exams. Trained to cooperate with the examiner in simulating specific situations the examinee has to handle.
