Dear pilots,

The Romanian Division is pleased to announce its first Real Flight Event which will take place on March the 2nd 2013 between 0600Z and 2200Z. We put a lot of effort in organizing this event and we managed to gather a number of 123 flights within the time span mentioned before.

Moreover, we built a complex booking system that should allow you to get all the necessary data about every flight. Even so, if you have any questions, we will do our best to answer them via the three ways of communication available on the website which range from the classic e-mail, to the trendy online support gadget.

Thus, we hope to make the booking process as enjoyable as possible and the event memorable.

Please read the pilot briefing on the home page of the website, as it contains vital information and resources regarding the RFE procedures. In case of an update, you will be able to see it to the home page. After booking a flight you may receive updates via e-mail, as well as the flight briefing.

As in the past years, IVAO Italy will be present on Saturday, 2nd and on Sunday, March 3rd at the Model Expo Italy fair in Verona as an exhibitor. At the stand we will open many ATC positions, from GND to ACC: screens from different positions will be send to a screen and the relative TS audio channel broadcasted live for visitors. GND and TWR positions will be opened using IvAi. There will be also a live video streaming on the IVAO Italy website. You are all invited to fly to and/or from Verona (LIPX) during the opening hours that is from 09.30 UTC till 16.30 UTC on Saturday and Sunday to have a good amount of traffic so to show all visitors at the stand what IVAO is all about.

ATC Online Day 2013 is IVAO Indonesia ATC online party. We gives priority to the new virtual ATC of divisions Indonesia to online and serve traffics under certain requirement and also we invite you all the ADC-ACC rating controller include GCA approval ATC to join us! Held based on the event calender 2013 from 13:00 to 16:00 UTC, you are free to choose several airports including Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Int'l. And for pilots, you are free to chose your own schedule to fly within Indonesia FIR.
