13:00 - [HK] Checkerboard Challenge
The famous and thrilling Kai Tak runway 13 approach across the old districts in Kowloon City is once again brought to all IVAO members! The Hong Kong Division (HK) of IVAO welcomes you to join our fly-in event and enjoy the flight landing at Kai Tak, the old Hong Kong airport.
Pilots will be departing from Bangkok (VTBD) or Jakarta (WIHH) and head towards Hong Kong (VHHX), and we recommend flights from Bangkok and Jakarta to depart at around 12z and 10z respectively to boost the traffic in the peak hours.
The whole event will be on 8 November 2015, from 1300z to 1600z.
