12:00 - Heathrow@Home - the Heathrow Real Flight Event
IVAO United Kingdom & Ireland MCD are pleased to announce that UK’s busiest international airport will be fully staffed on Saturday 12 March with some of the best controllers in the community for Heathrow@Home.
From 1200 to 1800 UTC you as a pilot will be able to fly any of the hundreds of real flights available to book. Due to the lingering effects of COVID the timetable at Heathrow is very much cut down, being as real as we get we have incorporated a reduced schedule for this event. What it does mean though is there's more cargo flights, more airlines and more aircraft types available!
Over 20 active Air Traffic Control positions will be opened for the event.
