12:00 - [22 June | 12-17z] [RU] SPIEF 2013
Dear IVAO members,
The Russian Division is glad to present you, the first time for us, an event combined with SO, which will allow you to plunge into the simulation of real time. On June 22 the International Economic Forum will be held in real Saint-Petersburg, there will come the heads of states and governments, heads of large public and private corporations.
We prepare a special webpage, which include a booking and all necessary info. You will find a lot of business jets, from Falcon to GulfStream, from Cessna to private A319CJ and B737BBJ, and even the famous Mr. Abramovich "Bandit" Boeing 767-300 P4-MES registration from London.
You may ask, "But where does the SO?" According to our plan, the "number one" aircrafts of state heads will be accompanied by Air Force fighter jets of the country, the head of which they are. An important point, it's more civilian event than a military one. We don't want to merge state flights with the civilian business jets, because the "number one" aircrafts are not relevant to civil really. Therefore, we make the separation.
Event schedule is as follows:
12:00-14:00 - business jets slot
14:00-15:00 - state flights slot
15:00-17:00 - business jets slot
From 14 to 15Z Pulkovo(ULLI) airport will be closed for takeoffs and landings of civilian boards due security reasons.
Fighter jets that accompany the Air Force One, after his landing should leave Pulkovo TMA and fly to nearest military base Pushkin airport(ULLP) by ATC instructions. Additionally, Russian Air Force planes will operate in the vicinity of the airport, which will monitor the situation. There will attend A-50 AWACS, IL-78 fuel tanker. These aircraft taking off 30 minutes before the State slot and will land at the destination airport through 30 minutes after last state aircraft land(about 15:30z). It is also caused security measures.

You probably already tired of such an abundance of my text Well, I will summarize.
This event is extremely important for us as E and SO departments as the first in our history with that idea, we really want to spend it at the highest level for us personally and for IVAO members at all.
This event is also very important for our division. June 22 will be a real meeting of our members. It promises to be the largest in history - people will come not only from the city areas, but also from other cities of Russia, and the "farthest" participant will travel by train about 1,500 km (810 nm), someone will fly on airplane. And all this for one thing - communication, friendship, division development and foster the IVAO spirit. The meeting is to collect about 25 people, we organise one meeting in restaurant during morning. The second part will be in the evening, there will be only an ATC of 10 people. We rented a special room for that, these are two sets of air traffic control. We will conduct a live broadcast by webcam, so you can see this event.

16:00 - Israel Online Evening
The Israel division invites you to join us in our main weekly event called the "Shabat Flight", which means Saturday flight.
The event usually starts at 17:00 UTC (While DST: 16:00 UTC) for three hours until 21:00 UTC (23:00 UTC+2).
During the event we encourage all pilot members and controllers to join.
Each week we also select a special mission or theme to make the event interesting and challenging.
You are welcomed to fly with us over the amazing sites in Israel: over the skies of the Mediterranean sea, the Negev desert or the lowest point on earth by the Dead Sea!
Choose one of our main airports (Ben-Gurion, Eilat, Ovda, Haifa, etc..) or one of our deserted land strips, download the scenery and join us.
