Dear Ivao Members,

We have planned an event to honor Ataturk, with his statement “The Future is in The Skies!” on the 92. Anniversary of the independence day of Turkish Republic. We will be flying to Ankara Esenboga Airport from where ever you want in Turkey at 17:00z - 19:00z on October 29th. At the end of the event Airforce will be flying over Anitkabir to greet Ataturk.

You have to be at Ankara between 17:00z and 19:00z so choose carefully your departure plan.

17:00 - [KW+HQ] These Are My Children Expo OKBK RFE

The Kuwaiti division is pleased to invite you to a special Public Event OKBK RFE.



Time: Thursday 29-OCT-2015 1700z-2000z

Location: OKBK Kuwait International Airport



Note/Award: For participation, pilots will receive 1 point towards the KW Pilot Event Award (fill the KW http://tours.ivao.aero to get the point)

  • Participants will receive The Aviation Celebration Tours and Events Award by submitting a flight report using this form: http://goo.gl/1qA9Do

  • One point for the PILOT EVENT Award will be awarded (Submit via KW PILOTEVENT tour on tour system: https://tours.ivao.aero/cgi-bin/tours.pl?function=View&tour=PILOTEVENTS&division=KW) Note that you need to collect 10 Pilot Events points to get the Pilot Events award.
